Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of AgentBox hardware products and related services provided by AgentBox Inc., a Delaware corporation ("AgentBox," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing or using an AgentBox product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

1. Products and Services

AgentBox sells pre-configured Mac Mini computers with OpenClaw software pre-installed ("AgentBox Products"). Our products are designed to run AI agents locally on your own hardware.

AgentBox Products include:

• Hardware: Apple Mac Mini computer
• Software: OpenClaw AI agent framework (pre-installed)
• Configuration: Your API keys and integrations set up before shipping

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which will be added at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your AgentBox Product to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

5. Warranty

AgentBox Products include Apple's standard one-year limited warranty for the Mac Mini hardware. We do not provide additional hardware warranties beyond Apple's coverage.

Software (OpenClaw) is provided "as is" without warranty. We will assist with initial setup and configuration issues but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Premium Support

Optional Premium Support is available for $99/month and includes:

• Priority email support
• Remote monitoring and alerts
• Software updates and maintenance
• Security reports

Premium Support is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping and configuration information
• Maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials
• Using the product in compliance with applicable laws
• Any actions taken by AI agents running on your AgentBox

8. Intellectual Property

Mac Mini is a trademark of Apple Inc. OpenClaw is open-source software licensed under its respective license. AgentBox is a trademark of AgentBox Inc.

We are not affiliated with Apple Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF AN AGENTBOX PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentBox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of an AgentBox Product or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
